Youth Program Facilitator
With over 15 years of experience working with children and adolescents in both public and private settings, Jenn Gelardi brings a unique blend of behavioral science, human services, and mind-body awareness to youth development.
Her professional background includes extensive experience supporting children and teens with emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges, including work within high school settings serving students with diverse emotional and behavioral needs.
With a degree in Human Services and a foundation in behavioral interventions, family dynamics, and human stress responses, Jenn understands the importance of helping young people recognize their patterns, regulate their emotions, and develop a stronger sense of self.
Today, as a Confidence Coach and founder of Soulcial Alchemy LLC, she integrates her professional experience with somatic awareness, breathwork, and experiential learning to create programs that empower young people to build resilience, strengthen self-trust, and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and authenticity.
Her philosophy is simple: When young people are given the tools to understand themselves, they are better equipped to navigate the world around them.

CONFIDENTLY CONNECTED
Authenticity.
Friendship.
Belonging.
THE SHIFT
Resilience.
Self-Awareness.
Empowered Choices.
CONFIDENTLY CONNECTED
Building authentic friendships without losing yourself in the process.
Confidently Connected is an interactive, confidence-building program designed for tweens and teens navigating friendships, social dynamics, peer pressure, and the evolving sense of identity that comes with adolescence.
Through engaging discussions, self-reflection, and experiential activities, participants explore what it means to show up authentically, establish healthy boundaries, communicate with confidence, and build meaningful connections rooted in mutual respect.
The program encourages young people to recognize their own values, understand the difference between fitting in and truly belonging, and develop the self-awareness needed to navigate changing friendships and social expectations.
Participants also explore what it means to be a good friend, how to recognize healthy relationship dynamics, and how to remain connected to themselves while building connections with others.
Because true belonging should never require you to abandon who you are.
THE SHIFT
Helping young people navigate challenges, build resilience, and recognize their power to choose what comes next.
THE SHIFT is an experiential personal development program designed for tweens and teens navigating adversity, emotional challenges, difficult transitions, or circumstances that leave them feeling disconnected from themselves and their potential.
Rooted in behavioral science, somatic awareness, and confidence-building practices, this program helps young people recognize patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing practical tools to respond to life’s challenges with greater awareness and intention.
Through guided reflection, breathwork, movement, and interactive exercises, participants explore emotional regulation, resilience, personal accountability, and the connection between their choices and their future.
At its core, THE SHIFT empowers young people to understand that while they cannot always control their circumstances, they can develop the awareness, tools, and self-trust to influence how they move forward.
Because their circumstances do not have to determine their future.
