“I was invited to attend a She Herself & workshop last week with a friend. I'll admit I was a bit hesitant at the idea since being open, vulnerable, & honest in a room full of perfect strangers is a bit intimidating. But I felt a sense of comfort as soon as I walked in and saw Jenn's face. The room was set up in the most comfortable & inviting way, it was just a whole vibe. Throughout the workshop I was able to connect with the other women through so much identification. It was nice to know I wasn't alone in some of my thoughts/ feelings/ behaviors.
Over all, it was a really fun way to gift myself a little self care beyond the traditional "mani/pedi me time". I would absolutely love to do this again in the future, what a great twist to a typical "girls night out" this will be!”

"Mirror, Mirror workshop was such an eye opening experience for me. I went into this not knowing what to expect, but walked out with tears in my eyes, feeling so much lighter. Jenn's presence is such a soothing one, so it made it extremely easy to feel comfortable enough to open up - mind and body. It is so easy to be hard on myself, but allowing myself to be vulnerable for a bit helped me to begin training my brain to focus on my worth, to give myself the grace I deserve. I am so grateful for Jenn and this workshop. Every day since, I have woken up and repeated my affirmation to myself - and though some days are harder than others to find my motivation - it is helping me change my mindset and move forward. I cannot wait to attend future workshops!"
